can we post like video game favorites on here? if so, i love the classic games liek star control 2 and the old Sierra games like king's quest.  i can do some reviews of those..

ok, so theyre not really groupgames -- if we're talking group games then i guess it'd ave to be more active games like Dodgeball, Kick the Can,... and some good ones like pictionary, telephone charades, etc.  i definitely played a lot of those growing up in youth group.

haven't tried some of those.. but i definitely like games with a lot of variety to let people with various different skills and personality types get involved (kinda like myers-brigg personality tests or Gardner's multiple intelligences!)  i like board games like Cranium for that reason.

i did try telephone charades and it did work well for a church group that i'm part of.

scattergories and mafia are fun because it's more about convincing people that you're right.  negotiation games are mucho fun if you ask me.

btw why are some of the prices on the group-games storefront cheaper than on regular amazon? is there some kind of discount or something?  alas, board games dont seem to drop in price much.. o wells..
